Refund Policy

We stand behind every jar we sell.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return one opened or unopened jar within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

To start a return:
1. Email support@shotshilajit.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send return instructions.
3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item.

We do not accept returns after 30 days or for more than one jar per customer.
